Website privacy

This notice covers the Withstead informational website, operated by Teryli Systems LLC, and its interactive illustration. Our target launch date is October 1, 2026. You can sign up now for launch invitations.

The interactive illustration

The demo uses fictional facts included in the page. It does not ask for personal information, place calls, submit your selections, or save them. The fictional illustration includes no advertising tools, cookies, or browser storage of its own. The website's aggregate analytics are described under Website hosting below. The beta form has separate processing described below.

Website hosting

The website is served through Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, your browser sends requests to Cloudflare to load pages and assets. Cloudflare may process connection and request information, such as your IP address, requested URL, request time, and browser or device information, to deliver and secure the website.

The website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate traffic. It loads a small script from Cloudflare, does not use cookies, and does not track you across other sites. It reports aggregate page views and referring sites to Teryli Systems LLC. It is not used to build a profile of you, and it does not receive the contents of the beta form.

That infrastructure processing is separate from the demo. It is not a record of a real phone call. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for its handling of information, retention practices, and privacy contacts. This notice does not promise a specific retention period for Cloudflare's infrastructure records.

Launch invitation list

If you join the launch invitation list, we store your email address, optional first name, invitation consent and its date, signup date, and subscription status. We use these details to manage the list and send launch invitations. Joining does not create an account or guarantee access. Do not include diagnoses, call details, or other private information in this form.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions and Cloudflare Workers and D1 to process and store signups. Turnstile may process browser and connection information. Our application uses a short-lived keyed identifier derived from your IP address to limit repeated requests; it does not store the raw IP address in the signup database.

A daily cleanup is configured to remove signup records older than 90 days. Provider backups and infrastructure records have separate retention. Withdrawing stops invitations; a suppressed signup may remain until cleanup to prevent a duplicate submission from restarting emails.

To withdraw or request removal, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. Launch invitations will also include an unsubscribe link. No automated email is sent when you submit this form.

Your choices

You can read the site without using the illustration. With JavaScript disabled, the sample brief remains readable but its controls will not run. Refreshing the page resets the example; no saved demo history needs to be deleted.

Before the phone product opens

Customer access will require a separate product privacy notice explaining call processing, providers, retention, user choices, and a verified contact channel. This website notice does not describe or authorize processing of real calls.

When calling opens: what will be kept

Calling is not available yet, and this website notice does not describe or authorize processing of real calls. When access opens, the separate product notice will apply, and it will say at least this:

Asking us for a copy or a deletion

Email [email protected] and say what you want: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. Write from the address you used, because we may need to confirm that you control it before we act. Deleting a launch-list record stops future invitations; we may keep a suppressed entry until the next cleanup so that a duplicate submission cannot restart emails to you. If you are on a call with someone using Withstead and you want to know what was kept, or you want to complain about the call, that same address reaches us.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice if the website's information practices change. The update date appears above.
